Griff’s Gastropub, Allen Park

Here, the gastro part of the pub takes a distinctly English spin, with entrees such as cottage pie alongside lamb burgers and fish 'n' chips. And the pub portion is all about inventiveness. Just look at The Griff, a signature cocktail that pairs vodka and Aperol with St. Germaine, grapefruit juice, and orange bitters, or the the Don Draper, which features gin, fresh lemon juice, egg white, heavy cream, a splash of orange flower water, and club soda.
