Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Milton

after paying for my groupon they charged me again aftet I got there. I saved no money.

This was my first time and I will definitely go back!

We have eaten at Dickey's before and enjoyed it so when we saw the Groupon Now and were in the area it seemed perfect for lunch. Unfortunately, our experience was not even worth the $5 we payed for our Groupon. My order was made wrong. I had to stand there and wait while she fried the onion straws for the potato. She only fixed one of two things that were missing and it wasn't worth the hassle of going up a second time because by than my fried okra was cold. We had to pick the least dirty table in an almost empty dining room. The ice cream machine was broken and the staff was indifferent and unapologetic. They just shrugged and said it was frozen. Other customers left disappointed too.

Soft serve machine "froze up" and staff seemed to care less that they were sending kids (and adults) away on the brink of tears without the frozen dessert they had looked forward to at the end of their meal. The food was not very impressive, but the service was much worse. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
