Purchased the Groupon for the oil change with new blades being put on as well, only to be informed that it's not an option. They claimed they told Groupon in January to remove the new wiper blade option, however you are still not willing to honor it. The sad thing is if I would not have said any thing they would have allowed me to leave and just assume that it was done. Poor business practice.

Not very honest repair shop... Call to make appointment for 8am to be the first customer and was told that I need to be there at 8am or I will lose that time and they will go to the next appointment. Got there at 7:45am they were still close, waited until they open and had to wait for an hour because they don’t have the parts. Also no wipers was installed because they have it also....

Purchased Groupon for oil change & wiper blades. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they can only do them in the mornings when they open because people drop cars off to them in the afternoon. Not sure what exactly this has to do with anything if you have an appointment but I made the appt for 8:30am. They took my vehicle back right away, came out at 9:30 and told me that my vehicle used a special type of windshield wiper blade and would cost me an additional $15 per blade. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I let them know that I’ve always purchase blades from AutoZone and never heard of my blades being special. The guy said they’ll try to see if the blades that come with my Groupon will fit and what do you know “THEY FIT” Hmmmmm. 1.5 hrs later, my car was ready. Won’t be getting a Groupon or any service from this place ever again. I don’t like when people try to take advantage when they think you don’t know any better
