Proccolino's Pizzeria, Altamonte Springs

At Proccolino's, chefs are busy stirring house-made sauces, whose recipes are inspired by generations of Italian family recipes. In between stirs, staffers toss thick Sicilian-style pizza crusts and dapple them with toppings such as fresh basil, pepperoni, and olives. The restaurant imports fettuccine, spaghetti, and other pastas directly from Italy, and and crowns the al dente noodles with marinara, alfredo, and other signature sauces.
