I would love to give a higher rating but...I had 3 appointments and Heidi did not remember me each time. She took photo at the 1st sesstion then lost the photo. The photo is to compare removing the tattoo. This made me feel unsure if the laser treatment was effective. After the 2nd session not much of the ink had lifted. I did wonder, becuase this was a Groupon purchase if the session was not lassered carefully. The appointment is short. I DO PLAN TO GO BACK because I want my tattoo removed. This is a painful process, and she is very-very nice. The treatment is quick but very painful.

I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your experience. Every treatment I perform is effective. If your Tattoo was by a professional tattoo artist, it will require multiple treatments. I would be glad to go over the process with you again the next time you come in. Because I see a high volume of clients, if a client has a long gap between appointments, it's true that I might not recall personal details but keeping complete records on each client prevents this from being a problem. I look forward to seeing you soon.
