Unless you are able to schedule an appointment WAY in advance, you're going to be very disappointed. I tried twice to schedule an appointment, but was unable to find a convenient time on either attempt. They were unwilling to extend the offer to allow a later appointment. I live in the valley, and the only available time they had was in the middle of the day, in the middle of the week. Taking a full day off work for a manicure wasn't an option.
