It’s unfortunate that you felt your experience was bad. I wish I actually would have had the chance to service you, I think you would feel differently. I was with a client, as I had informed you, and hoped that this would clue you in as to why I was not available at that very moment. I am by appointment only, as it states on the Groupon and website for this exact reason. There is no business phone, so email is the best way to contact me. This is also on the Groupon voucher. As discussed, vouchers are redeemed when you “No Show” for appointments. And, I did offer to still service you for the difference between the voucher price and the original service price, to which you declined. Its good to know that you were able to get a refund and I hope that you find a waxing center that can accommodate your immediate needs in the near future. Best of luck!
