I have had IPL in the past, but by far this is the best! Beautiful spa, considerate, and helpful staff, and an RN who does a great job. I upgraded to include my hands, but it was still a great deal.

it took so short, 2-3 minutes only. I don't know if it is supposed to take that short or not

Very difficult to schedule due to lack of staff which was frustrating. Poor communication. The nurse that did the actual botox was good however but the site needs to address their staffing and customer service issues if they want customers to return.
