They use the same pictures for different services. My lashes did not turn out anything like the picture shows. I even had to pay more to get them tinted and they do not tint them black nor do they let you choose the color they choose the color for you. They do not touch the bottom lashes. When I tried to express my concerns I was dismissed from the table. I never had such a bad experience at a professional salon. I will never go back and I do not recommend the services to anyone for any reason.

Deanna, thank you for your business, you filled out & signed a consultation /consent form stating you understood that with a lash lift there is a chance that all lashes do not take, you explained that the corner in which the lashes did not take that you have been using Latisse to grow your lashes back out, you were asked to get off of the table because your appointment was over and the room needed to be sanitized for the next client the length of your lashes has nothing to do with your service
