Jennifer was very informative and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the start. Great customer service. The laser hair removal was a lot more tolerable than waxing and was quick!

I have used DermaCenter Medical Spa for facials, a microdermabrasion, & a laser hair removal package, at both locations (each is lovely&comfortable). I have only used Groupons for these services, and have NEVER received a "hard sell" to buy more services or product. The professionals are wonderful - knowledgeable, personable, respectful, and they've always answered all my questions. I'm about to purchase a pkg. of IPL treatments that are now "on sale." I'm on their email list and receive emails about specials maybe once a month, if that. I think they provide a great service and try to be affordable to women who might not otherwise consider their services.
