We had a small group of 4 people that was helpful as the instructor was able to help us all. It's harder to maneuver the wheel than it looks. The instructor helps so the items are recognizable.

I had gone with a friend to Thrown Elements Pottery. We had a good time. The place was busy that evening. The people there are very helpful, though there were so many tables filled with people that we waited often to get our answers to our questions. I think it is a very nice place and they have organized activities on certain days. I may go back with my children to one of the organized events that they advertize, though I would not go back for myself. The one thing that turns me off to the place is that the entire experience from purchasing the ceramic pieces to paying for the studio fees came out to over $70 for two people. I feel their ceramic pieces are extremely overpriced. It was a very expensive activity even with the groupon.
