The flight itself was fantastic, and the instructor was great. However, I'm giving 3 stars because the total experience lasted only 40 minutes instead of the advertised 1.5 hours. There was no pre-flight lesson or ground instruction—just straight into the jet and flying. While in-flight teaching is fine, I expected at least some basic foundational knowledge beforehand. Please update the description to reflect the actual experience, as the current one is misleading

Howard and Andrew were super nice and explained everything thoroughly. They were very patient with my 12-year-old son, who was nervous at first but ended up having a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

I bought this as a gift for my husband on his birthday. He had a horrible experience when the flight electronics shut down mid flight. Luckily the instructor was able to land it, but said it was a dangerous situation. The plane looked old and clearly hasn't been maintained well. I reached out to Howard asking for a refund, but he has stopped responding. Very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend against using JITEL's services. There are other organizations who can provide a safer experience.
