The bus was late leaving and was late getting to DC. I missed my reservation thanks to the ghetto bus driver... I would recommend the other bus company the Big Apple Express seemed very professional ...it left on time from New York (at 7 on the dot) while we were left standing for 35 minutes 7:35 is when we pulled off (it was suppose to be 7) and he took a 15 minute break knowing he was late. I wouldnt recommend this bus company to anyone :(

bus was clean and on time, but seats were uncomfortable and there were no power outlets available for keeping electronics charged.
