The $189 groupon I bought indicated a $399 value. I have since found out that the actual procedures are different if you tell them you have the groupon vs if you just purchase the $399 treatment. Therefore, the $189 groupon is not the $399 value it is advertised to be, but something considerably less. This is the second time I've had this experience of a bait-and-switch. I won't be using Groupon or other services for this kind of purchase in the future.

The ZOOM treatment is just for one of the recommended three treatments - this should be noted on the deal. In effect you are only getting 1/3rd of a ZOOM treatment, not the whole thing, as it seems in the advertised deal.

It was not a complete treatment as suggested in the promotion but rather a first treatment. The next two will be $200 per appointment. Add it up and it would have been less expensive to have gone to my regular dentist - his price was the real discount without all the added Groupon steps.
I should have known better. What a joke. No wonder your IPO is a question. I think Groupon should guarantee real value in the discounts offered.
