nice guys, but i didn't really understand the sizing options, so was a bit surprised to be asked to pay an additional amount when they were at my house. later, when we asked them if an additional lightweight, small item would fit, they said probably not. truck wasn't by any means full when they left, so again, i just really felt confused about the sizing of the load, extra payment, etc.

From Our Editors

The Regeneration Station’s mission is simple: to keep serviceable furniture out of landfills. It achieves this with a rotating inventory of gently used furnishings, ranging from chests of drawers and headboards to locally made pottery. However, it also pursues its mission through "upcycling." Much like recycling, upcycling involves repurposing waste without just leaving it in the gutter until it turns into litter. However, rather than breaking waste down into its component raw materials, upcycling glams it up—the shop’s upcycled furniture has been rejuvenated with fresh coats of paint, new upholstery, and fresh design touches.
