I will be honest for next customers and the business itself. This was the worst customer service experience in entire my life, a nightmare. I was looking to get my car cleaned on Wednesday and checked up GroupOn if any deal there was. I saw this business's "Car Detailing" service for $25 ("The actual price was $50) . It seemed a good deal but there was not enough information on the deal about how it is done and what they do. So I called them on the number provided on GroupOn to learn the details. I talked with 2 guys on the phone for 3 minutes and I asked them what they do. They told me that they do interior and exterior detailing and I asked them do they clean seats when they do interior detailing cleaning. They said, yes we do. So I decided to buy their deal. I bought it and I went their location on Friday. One guy "welcomed" me. I told him that I purchased deal on GroupOn and I told him that I talked with them on the phone 2 days earlier on the phone. His response was "what ? I don't know GroupOn and which one did you buy it? We don't do seat cleaning. You need to pay extra $75 to get cleaned the seats. I told them I bought their deal and he sent another guy I explained the situation. He did not care either and even did not say sorry, both of them. They told me they only vacuum inside of the car and they do exterior detailing. They did not apologize for their misguidance. They did exterior cleaning and vacuuming inside of my car. And when I was leaving one of the guy who cleaned my car asked for tip, and I told him "I am sorry I do not have any cash on me" and I was shocked one more time when I see him murmuring something I could not understand. This was kind of joke to me. I have never seen something entire in my life. They do not have customer service experience, they misguided me with false information, and plus they were rude. My suggest to this business to look up for someone to take care customer service and give enough training to employees. If they don't provided good customer service and friendly service, they might go out of business even though they have a good location. Lastly, I will never go there to get cleaned my car !
