As a measure of their devotion to their clientele, the Rainbow Pilates team brings its expertise on the road, teaching yoga and Pilates at homes and offices. The certified staff expands their curriculum even further at the studio, where they lead Tai Chi, Zumba, bellydancing, and cardiolates. Friendly Pilates teachers offer a range of innovative twists on the fitness discipline, including 50 Shades of Pilates classes held for couples, singles, or individuals who want to hone their focus by practicing the core-strengthening postures in the dark. Rainbow Pilates also offers rigorous boot camps and a yoga class designed specifically to ameliorate the symptoms of PTSD for veterans, called yoga warriors.

Sonya Dube' founded Rainbow Pilates after more than a decade in real estate, motivated by an urge to help others learn the power of conscious breathing techniques, among many other fitness ideas. Sonya specializes in clinical and post-rehab exercise, and her fellow staffers, including certified Qigong instructor Anisa Taylor, support her mission of promoting personal fitness.
