They give you a month to take the classes. I showed up to class only to be told that the instructor didn't bother showing up because I was the only one who signed up. Didn't even bother giving me a heads up. They still charged me for the class, if you can believe it. It shows up as 'absent'. Are you kidding me?! Worst Groupon experience at a local merchant. Little to no parking in the area btw.

It was challenging but fun. I can't wait to see if I can keep it up. :) Parking is tricky but they warn you of that up front. I would recommend this workout.

I really enjoyed the classes! It is fun but challenging. I purchased the 10 class package and I am excited to see how strong I will become and to see how much my body will start transforming.
