Much more than hot yoga. So many types of classes to choose from, starting in the morning and going to night.

The staff is absolutely wonderful however I didn’t realize ALL the yoga and Pilates are in heat. It’s too hot for me. I’m sorry I didn’t realize it. I took one intense Pilates class and I rubbed the skin off my elbows unfortunately from sliding. All my fault and misunderstanding of this studio.
