Love the customer service provided by everyone who I encountered.

It started out fine until I went back for xrays. The assistant that took me back for the xrays had me sit in the chair and proceeded to take xrays after positioning the film in my mouth. After the first 2 xrays, I asked the assistant if I needed to cover the front of me w/ the lead cover. She apologized and said that I did need to put on the cover. Secondly, the hygenist came in to explain everything about Grand Dental and the checkup. She went thru the checkup and said that I would need some deeep cleaning and we were looking a couple of visits. I mentoined that cleaning was included as it stated on the Groupon. She told me that it only covers polishing. She was willing to do the polishing but I declined because it was the cleaning that I wanted. At that point, I felt that I was being taken advantage of besides the inexperienced help.I did see the dentist and he mentioned that I would need some fillings replaced and a crown on one tooth. I am sorry that this did not workout but I don't believe that I should investiagte everything that is said on the groupon. Maybe I just didn't ask the right questions before I bought. I have bought and supported groupon for 2 yrs. Pls advise comments.

Great place

The most painful dental experience I have had in 64 years! I couldn't even allow the hygienist to finish. Four days later and I am still hurting. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
