I bought the Groupon and was serviced same day. I spoke with the owner (sorry her name escapes me) and she was very friendly on the phone and knowledgeable. Sent me a text with directions. The text goes to a website with all the details of the service, which was convenient. The associate there was very knowledgeable about the tints and quality. He definitely tried to make a sale with additional servicing, but by no means pressured me. He smiled a lot and was approachable. I did meet the owner and was just as pleasant as she was on the phone. I will be returning to have additional service.
