$5 not disclosed before I bought it. I called this morning and they’ve updated it to show the fee since now. Requesting a refund from Groupon

We made you aware of the $5 disinfecting fee when you walked in to schedule your appointment. The day of your appointment, you called us 6 minutes before your appointment time and mentioned you did not want to pay the $5 fee. We explained to you that is was in the fine print and that it was discussed with you during your walk-in. You being angry, cancelled your appointment and leave us a bad review?

Monique was AMAZING. I did not expect such a luxurious experience. I’m a 50-something lady who looks it, with a lifetime-of—sun damage. I I came out of that dermaplaning with years taken off my face. Fabulous moisturizer, aromatherapy (everything smelled great, I’m not a fan of a lot of aromas), and to top it off, there was a head, arm and hand massage. 100% recommend.

My experience was wonderful. The ladies were very polite and answered any questions you have. This is my fourth time going, and it's really clean at this establishment.
