This was my first experience was Infrared Saunas. I was very impressed with the service. The environment was warm and relaxing and you actually have your own Heated room unlike some other studios.
I felt detoxified, refreshed and lighter after a a thirty minute session.
I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to add something easy and healthy into your routine.
