From its expansive open-air patio to its host of friendly servers, Cuatro’s cultivates a breezy dining experience in every sense of the word. As diners survey sports across 13 TV screens, including the massive 10'x10' “Cuatro-tron,” the kitchen staff sets to work dressing up the menu's two familiar staples—burgers and tacos—with eclectic ingredients. Decent burger, bad customer service.

The first staff, a blonde female at the bar, was rude when I inquired about using my groupon to go. Parking is horrible, and I don't like to use valet. We intended to dine in, but drove around for a half hour before we got frustrated and my husband dropped me off in front. By that point, we just wanted to get our food and go home to watch the UT game, scheduled to start in less than a half hour. The manager was also a bit rude, but then agreed to let me take the food to go after I complained. The brunette who was working at the bar tended to me. She was very nice, and handled my order. I tipped her a bit more than 20% on the full tab, as if I had dined there. I probably won't be returning.
