The owner is a terrible listener when trying to sort out an issue. I spoke with him once before and he was rude then; very short and uninterested in helping me set up an appointment, cut me off. I called him out and I must have hurt his ego because he refused to let me set up a future appointment. On top of this, their laser machine has glitched all 4 times I’ve been there, which meant more pain.

Crystal, had been refund for one of her packages the day she bought because of the one package limited and she wanted us to continue to treat her for free.
