This review is for the head spa service ONLY. I purchased a Groupon for the 60min session. The tech was nice but the session was beyond disappointing. She could not have spent more than 90 seconds massaging each arm. Half of the time I felt my head was under the steamer and the other half she has water running on my head. No hands touching head while doing these two things. Sadly, no go for me.

Horrible and unfriendly experience. I was unexpectedly re-scheduled after leaving from work earlier. People were raising their voice at me. I do not recommend to sue this spa.

I purchased a dermaplaning Groupon for Gentle Skincare Studio. The dermaplaning was done really well, as my skin was glowing and baby soft after the appointment. The provider was quite polite, though not overly friendly, which I don’t mind. She gave a great face and arm massage that felt amazing. Originally my appointment was set for 12pm, but the provider moved it to 12:30pm without asking me if the new time would still work for me. That’s not ideal, but I didn’t have much planned for after the service anyway so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Other than that, I arrived a little early and the service started right on time, so that was great. Overall, I had a great experience at this spot.
