The lady who did my nails made me wait a really long time even after I had made an appointment . Then when she was pushing my cuticles back,she dug in so hard she made me bleed. It happened that my nail polish was red that I chose so she kept trying to use her thumb nail to scrape off extra nail polish from my cuticle bed which was actually blood! It hurt and I told her it hurt. I had blood melded into my shallac nails for 2 week and it was sort of a joke with my co workers. Will not be returning. Also I think it is lame that you pay a price taking the word of this site and the merchant that you are receiving 50% or more off. That is rarely the case, most of the time the prices are high!

The people who work there are WONDERFUL, verrry friendly and sweet, but their work isn't high quality and doesn't last as long as other places. I get gels every 2 weeks and usually don't have a single chip or crack the entire time, but with Princess Nails, they were all torn up in a week! I bought three groupons and it was the same all three times. I think it's because Princess doesn't do the edges and my usual girl does.
