I was happy that after one treatment, I have less facial hair, but they had to cancel my second appointment and I don't know when I'll be able to get back in. They claimed the doctor had taken leave of absence and they don't know when he'll return. Hopefully I will be able to redeem the rest of my paid sessions. They also were under construction and it was really messy in the office.

This place is a total scam. After 8 treatments to my underarms there was no difference in hair growth. My sister bought a package and renewed it once and still has lots of unwanted. Hair. Read reviews of this place online. Their system doesn't work. I've had these treatments successfully at another shop, so I know how it is supposed to work. Save your money and look elsewhere.
