Frank Tatulinski wears many hats—he's a personal trainer, licensed Zumba fitness instructor, and certified Swedish-massage practitioner. Frank worked purely in the fitness realm for a long time where he saw many clients struggle with postworkout soreness. Today, Frank puts his skills to work relieving clients' pain and stress. However, he still teaches fitness classes. He offers a wide range of Zumba classes, including the traditional dance-inspired classes, Zumba for kids, and Aqua Zumba, which takes place a pool to the tune of Latin oceans.
