Their adult fitness bootcamp classes are scalable to accommodate any fitness level from the beginner to someone in their fitness prime. The classes are a fun, energetic mix of traditional calisthenic & body weight resistance exercises – infused with interval & strength training in every workout. They also include various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves bursts of high-intensity work.
