The manager did not want to honor the coupon despite it was discussed with and confirmed by the cleaning staff member before starting the work.

You are such a liar. First off I am not the manager. I own the company. Second I booked your appointment over the phone. I asked how did you hear about us you said a friend. I preceded to take a deposit of $25 for your appointment which you paid as we do with all non-Groupon customers. We arrive to your location and you then present a Groupon. This is against Groupon guidelines. It clearly says "call to make appointment and mention your Groupon" which you did not. You give Groupon customers a bad name and make businesses not want to run with Groupon because of deceitful practices. Like I told you on the phone we will never service you again. We choose not to deal with unethical customers. Also thanks to you we are changing the terms and conditions that if you do not mention the Groupon we will not honor! Kudos!
