The girl doing my hair was ok did a good job but barely spoke with me the place looked dirty & the biggest turn off for me was that they had this small table in the middle of the salon that the employees sat at to have their meals for there break.
When I called to schedule this appointment they argued with me that they didn’t have any Groupons and I had to persist that I did have it

Lovely girl, but she was warned that my hair gets tangled easily. Ahtough she conditioned it heavily, my hair was beyond tangled, knotted, and was ripped out and broken. I tried to help myself, and had to ask for additional conditioner and oil. With all that, I lost a TON of hair which was broken off from the tangles. No one else came to assist. She and I worked on my hair for a long time. I left with a lot less hair!!!
