I paid $70 for a "2-hour express detail".. I returned after nearly four hours, and the first thing I saw were bug splatters all over the front bumper, yet they had waxed the outside(?), dog hair everywhere, black grime on the wheel covers, and didn't wipe down the inside well.. I've had better basic washes at local car washes for a fraction of what I paid. A group of young guys, poor customer service, and no excuses.. Fortunately Groupon gave me my money back.. yes, it was that bad!
