Overall a very positive experience! Your first visit, someone gives you a tour of the studio and walks you to your locker which contains a welcome greeting and a (free) reusable water bottle. The studio offers free water, showers, and bananas. Great cardio workout-- the instructors are very friendly and motivating. The biggest downside to this location is the parking, so make sure you arrive early enough to find some!
Had my 1st ride today at Cyclebar Berkely. Everyone was superduper nice amd welcoming. The gal in the front desk..I'm sorry I forgot your name😔 but from my hometown of San Diego(you know who you are😉) was super helpful giving me a tour and help set my bike up. The instructor...Susan & the gentleman in the front desk were awesome as well! Look forward to next 3 rides!
Really fun and the instructors have been very helpful.
The people there are great and helpful. The instructor was energetic and kept the class engaged at all times. Will be back for more classes!
The CycleBar is a great spin bar. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The instructors are amazing!
Really welcoming to new riders! I appreciated the intro session to get the lay of the land. The studio is well appointed and has everything you need including towels, water bottles and locker room. Can't wait to go back!
Fun class and very efficient.
Great workout! So much fun! Chuck and Heather were really helpful and nice! Will definitely continue to come.
Everyone was really friendly and the class was challenging. They have pretty much everything you need - so it is super convenient to hit after work.
From Our Editors
Some athletes want to focus on endurance. Others want to unlock their competitive spirit. Still others hope to get their chakra energy flowing. At CycleBar, there's a indoor cycling class for all those goals and more, each with its own light show and music. It's not just any music, either. Class playlists are high-octane, carefully-curated mixes of top 40 hits and indie tracks, starring artists from Iggy Azalea to Phantogram.
Regardless of theme and tunes, all sessions have one key thing in common: high-tech stationary bikes, which the CycleBar team dubs "intelligent." While not quite self-aware enough to be vain about their handlebars' symmetry, the cycles do store each athlete's workout stats, allowing for long-term fitness tracking.
