Rachel Heron's lifelong study of dance, yoga, and meditation allows her to connect with each client in a deep and meaningful way. Rachel incorporates over two decades of experience into building powerful relationships with her clients by helping them find greater ease and balance in their bodies – which allows their natural energy to flow more gracefully into everything they do. In addition to bodywork, Rachel also offers Spiritual Somatic Counseling sessions, and teaches a variety of weekly yoga classes and retreats in the Bay Area.
