The club seems run down and out dated. I received excellent customer service with the exception of the Director. He was really short with us yesterday (7:30pm) because we weren’t willing to join the gym on the spot.

They weren't prepared/didn't know how to handle groupon redemption. other than that everything is fine.

I bought the Groupon because I have been wanting to join to use their indoor pool. When I arrived and got the tour they told me their pool was not working, hasn't been for some time and they had no plans for fixing it in the near future. I was so disappointed. The rest of the facility is outdated compared to other fitness clubs. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
