The lady’s working there were super friendly. Technician took her time and got us great pictures. We didn’t like the first recording of the heartbeat and she kindly did it again to our liking. Overall a great experience!

Was very disappointed that I only was able to receive two images when voucher said ten images. Baby was asleep, and nurse said she was going to give some candy to see if that can help the baby wake up. I didn't get her name but she never came back in the room with the candy. I tried exercising in the room like walking and when she returned in the the room, I ask for cold water instead of her afforing. She was nice and did said she was sorry but was disappointed i think that we could have waited a little more for the baby to wake up and get better images. After all I did went downstairs to move my SUV and added more money to the meter so I wouldn't stress over getting a parking ticket. After, getting ready to leave she still ask If I was interested in the CD. Like really? She could have afford me to reschedule and my money's worth. Very disappointed and to come home to only show 2 images to my husband it's just not satisfying. Bad experience as my first 3D ultrasound. Didn't and when heartbeat.
