What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are outdoors/indoors, the workouts are different, we use our body weight, as well as weights, tubing and other fun things.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Once they try this workout, they will love it and want to come back.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help people lead a healthy lifestyle, people who thought they "coudn't do Boot Camp" have been with me for 9 years.

What do you love most about your job?
All of the wonderful people I have met over the years and are still meeting.
