I felt very comfortable and welcome when I arrived. This was my first ever spin class. They showed me how to adjust the bike and everything. You can go at your own pace. There were a couple times during the ride that I had to slow down, and that is OK. Can't wait to go back!

Friendly, welcoming staff. They show you how to set up the bike and then the workout is pretty intense. Great time!

Looking forward to expanded schedule. Having showers would probably help your weekday am class attendance!
