Really cute Salon with lots to offer. Facial was nice.

Unfortunately, my experience with 'jessi francis hair Salon and wellness' was unpleasant. I would have given it a zero star if it were available. It was supposed to be a 60-minute facial, but it ended up being 45-min—a 25% reduction. When I questioned my aesthetician, she said it was because I did not purchase additional add-on services. She tried to sell me some add-on services right in the middle of my facial. She may be upset since I did not agree to pay for additional services. But taking away 25% of the service I already paid for is not the way to treat the customer. In addition, I wouldn't call the service a facial treatment. She skipped the steps to remove the blackheads and the steam part. When I questioned at the end, I was told blackhead removal was not necessary. She said the machine was not working for the steam spray part and the office manager said it was not always necessary. For the 45-minute (although I paid for a 60-minute) facial, the aesthetician spent half of the time getting the bottles ready and putting the towels and other things away. When I tried to address my concern with the office manager, she said there is absolutely nothing she could do because I purchased the service from Groupon. I do hope your experience will be batter than mine if you decide to go.

I felt like for the prices this salon charges I should have had a quality cut. My hair looked like there was a different cut for each side. Nor did I have the time or patience to get a correction. After it grew went somewhere cheaper and am satisfied. Styling hair for someone who says they're not going to style it hides a bad cut.

First time here today & would recommend this place to everyone! I had a waxing appointment & I’ve only been one other time years ago. They made me feel super comfortable. The salon and the ladies inside were lovely. Definitely check them out!!
