If it could be negative stars that’d be appropriate. The carpet was crunchy afterwards and it made absolutely no difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. On top of that, he clogged my tub by dumping the residual dirty water into my tub. So not only do I have to really clean my tub I also need to unclog it. What a waste!! I would never recommend!!🤬

Most importantly, the job that was done was top-notch. Several spots and stains scattered about the carpet. He got them up with no trouble at all (and with no suggestion there should be an additional fee - which happens often with other rug cleaning services) He was on time, gave a courtesy call before he arrived, and was cordial and courteous the entire visit. Plus - he gives lots of helpful tips on carpet care.
