when you call the company to schedule with the deal they immediately say that true service will cost significantly more than the coupon and also told me that they wouldn't be able to come for an extended period of time. this deal is a bait and switch, in my opinion. complete waste of money. I would have gotten more value if I had waited until winter and just burned the money in my fireplace.

Never buying this from group on again. They first told me no appointments available for a month. Finally when technician came, he asked for 259.00 more to do the AC duct cleaning. Very rude and un professional.
