Navrung Expressions founder, Smita Shah, believes that stress is the root cause of most health issues and reflexology, meditation, and other alternative healing modalities can help heal the body. She leads MindYog (Yog-Meditation) seminars, which aims to teach how to communicate with their body through meditation. The sessions aim to relieve the body of daily stress in order to resolve health issues. She has been practicing healing modalities since 1979.
