About Kousine Boca Raton

Chef Danny Kou was born in Lima, Peru from a family that owned restaurants and was very close to the traditional Peruvian and Chinese cooking, later Danny moved to Los Angeles and studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where he earned his degree.

With over 20 years in the industry, Danny worked at several renowned Peruvian restaurants, always excelling at his different positions led him to be the Executive Chef at La Mar by Gaston Acurio in San Francisco, one of the top Peruvian restaurants in the world.

Sumptuous dishes with a great presentation. We tried both Peruvian and Asian, and both were delicious. Very good service! Would like to visit again when in Boca!😁
