My S24 Ultra has had a cracked screen for a while. With it being a newer flagship phone, screen replacement was pricey. Then recently I looked into it again and found the Groupon for screen replacement at CPR. Called them and let them know I had a Groupon, gave them my phone info, and they got it fixed right away. Phone looks and works like new! This is my 2nd phone repair with CPR, and hopefully my last. But should another "oops" occur, I know I can trust CPR.

I don't like to give negative reviews but there were definitely issues. 1) I was told I had to spend $50 more to get an equivalent screen as my original, which was never explained to me and I found it to be a little offensive.
2) my phone was returned in a non-functional the Sim was not recognized after the screen replaced.tookanother hour to get it working at all now just power's off randomly 👎
