I have light colored carpets and I was amazed on how clean my carpets came out. I did upgrade to a deep cleaning and I was 100% satisfied my carpets look amazing thank you Renee carpet cleaning.

Pulled a bait and switch. I gifted to my sister. Before I purchased a 5 room clean, I called and asked if he would clean 3 rooms, a hall and an area rug. He said yes. When he arrived, he charged her 50.00 more for the rug. He said he does not spot clean but I don’t think he uses shampoo. I decided to use my at home rug cleaner the following week and the water was brown. I do not recommend.
