CreekSide Tree Nursery, Boulder

I made 3 calls to CreekSide to ensure I knew what to expect when I arrived to pic up the mulch. However, I was lied to on the phone. I was told they would use a tractor to load up my truck for a fee. When I arrived, I was told that there was no one available to do this and I would have had to come early (I did but no one would let me in) to have this done. The owner was rude to me and kept telling me I should have known information I clearly didn't have despite my 3 separate calls to discuss how their business operates. I will never go back there and would not recommend their business to anyone!!

Not too happy to see me with a groupon that they say they did not authorize - finally let me use it but not without "talking to brother" and making me feel like I was taking advantage of them
