Overall, I had a good experience with the estheticians that I've had here. They scheduled me with 2 different people before sticking me with 1 designated esthetician. Not going to name names but there was a certain person who made me feel extremely uncomfortable and she was not professional at all. But, Shameen was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! She listened to any concerns that I had and she was always super friendly. Highly recommend her! I got my underarms treated. However, I was unable to complete all of my appointments because 2 days before my 5th appointment; they left a voicemail letting me know that they were filing for bankruptcy which was a bit unprofessional but it is what it is. This was at the Braintree location.
