I haven't received my clothes back yet, but the gentleman working in there was extremely rude from the minute I walked in the door. He was slamming things on the counter, talking really aggressive and degrading toward me, and even blamed me when he was so deliberately in a rush that he didn't take the time to hear what I was saying to him. He was even frustrated that I didn't print out the Groupon - sighing and rolling his eyes at me. Given that the Groupon specifically states to show it to them on my phone, I figured that was acceptable. Regardless of how good the dry cleaning may or may not be, I won't be returning there to be treated so poorly.

They made up a story about one of the pieces having a stain and it was not ready for a week after the other items. It was annoying because I stopped in there 3 times until it was ready. But they did what I needed other than that mix up.

Bruce the person attending to the customers is so rude the first time, the second time and now today. I give people the benfit of the doubt normally, 9we all have bad days, but he abrupt and seemed put out that I wanted to use the groupon. Another customer rolled her eyes and said he's always like this. Sorry Crystal cleaners getting clients or customers is hard enough and Itimidating them with rudeness is inexscusable.

Love the customer service...the owner is often at the front counter and he's ALWAYS cheerful and has a great sense of humor.
