Yes, don't use Groupon if you want a hotel stay. I purchased a hotel stay in March 2020, right before Covid. I was unable to use the voucher; so I called the hotel and was advised at that time I could cancel the stay but I would have to get the refund from Groupon. Groupon tells me that the hotel doesn't get paid until I stayed, I NEVER used the voucher yet it says used. I am turning the hotel along with Groupon over to the Better Business Bureau, it seems that the don't care about their customers,

Very friendly staff . Clean room with very comfortable bed and great breakfast. Will stay here next time.
